What is a roll-off dumpster?
A roll-off dumpster is a large waste container with an open top, used for large-scale waste removal projects, such as construction sites, home renovations, or large clean-up jobs. They are called "roll-off" because they are rolled off the back of the truck onto the ground at the site where they are needed. Once filled, they are rolled back onto the truck for transportation to a landfill or recycling facility.
What size are your roll-off dumpsters?
We currently offer 10 yard and 20-yard dumpsters, which can hold roughly 110-130 trash bags of waste for a 20 yard dumpster and 65-75 trash bags of waste for a 10 yard dumpster.
What types of items can I put in the dumpster?
- General Household Waste: Non-hazardous items like furniture, toys, and general trash.
- Yard Waste: Leaves, branches, grass clippings, and other organic materials.
- Appliances: Non-hazardous appliances without freon, such as stoves, washers, dryers.

What types of items are not allowed in the dumpster?
- Hazardous waste: Chemicals, solvents, pesticides.

How can I book a dumpster?
Booking a dumpster is easy! You can visit our “Reserve a Dumpster” section and follow the instructions. Alternatively, you can call us directly or send us an email in the “contact us” section and our team will assist you with your reservation.
Do you give an exact delivery time for a dumpster?
We will arrive within one hour of our specified delivery time.
How long can I keep my roll-off dumpster for?
Common rental lengths include 7-days or 14-days.If you need additional time, please contact us prior to booking.
How high can I fill the dumpster?
Make sure all items are level with or below the top edges of the dumpster. This ensures the safety of our team when securing the tarp and transporting the load. Overfilled dumpsters may have items removed, and any extra work needed by our crew to ensure safe transport could lead to additional charges.
Do I need to be present for delivery or pick-up?
You don't need to be present for us to deliver or pick up the dumpster, as long as you've given clear placement instructions. To ensure a seamless process, please make sure the drop-off area is accessible and free of any obstacles.
